Colife 2025: A Year of Growth, People, and Community
2025 was a year of steady, meaningful growth for Colife, the kind that comes not only from scaling numbers but from improving the everyday experience of the people who call our apartments home. It was a year of becoming more stable, more reliable, more thoughtful, and more connected to our residents.

This wrap-up isn’t just about metrics. It’s a look at how Colife has grown as a living ecosystem built around homes, service, and community. Because behind every number, there’s someone starting a new chapter in Dubai, and we never forget that.

How Colife Grew in 2025

This year, we expanded carefully and intentionally. Colife added 69 new apartments, bringing the total to 388 — up from 319 in 2024. That’s a 21.6% year-over-year increase and a strong indicator of sustainable, controlled growth.

For us, growth is never about “as fast as possible.” It’s about staying consistent, improving quality, and making sure every new apartment meets our standards. Each added home means someone new can move in with confidence, knowing they’re stepping into a comfortable, well-run space.

Support and Service: The Core of Colife

If 2025 had a theme, it would be operational maturity. We focused hard on building processes that make life easier for our residents — predictable, stable, and fast.

In Q4 2025 alone, our team handled:

  • 4091 operational tasks resolved
  • 1781 cleanings completed
  • 3966 support tickets closed

Each resolved task, completed cleaning, and closed ticket represents a moment where a resident’s needs were met efficiently, with care and attention.

A major milestone in 2025 was the launch of the new Colife app for tenants and property owners, which further strengthened our operational backbone:

  • a modern, user-friendly interface for all daily needs

2025 was not about rapid expansion — it was about building the operational systems and processes that will support sustainable growth and an exceptional resident experience in the years to come.

And of course — our community continued to grow.

In Q4 2025 alone, we hosted 37 community events, with 202 residents attending. These meetups help people build connections in a new city, find support, and feel like they truly belong. Events have become a signature part of the Colife experience and something we plan to expand even further.

This year, our WhatsApp community also grew past 220 active members. It’s the space where people find new friends, partners, collaborators, or even future clients. We genuinely care about every person in the Colife family, which is why we offer a free platform to promote your services, projects, and businesses, connect with like-minded people, and never feel like a stranger in Dubai. For us, community is not an “add-on” — it’s a core part of what makes living with Colife feel like home.

We also received 125 positive reviews, confirming that residents feel the difference of the improvements we made this year.

Looking Ahead to 2026: Quality, Comfort, and a Hint of Something New

Our focus for the next year is clear: quality. Not in theory, but in measurable results.

Here’s what we’re aiming for:

  • CSAT: 9.0
  • Average Rating: 4.6
  • 30% of residents return and book with us more than twice

These numbers reflect our goal for 2026 — to build a service so convenient, supportive, and comfortable that people want to stay longer and come back when life brings them to Dubai again.

We’re also planning more community events, more gatherings, more ways to connect people — because home is not just a place, but the people around it.

And… there’s something else on the horizon. A little surprise. Let’s just say that Colife Global may be welcoming a new city — or even a new country — soon. More details are coming, but trust us: it’s exciting.
