How the Referral Works
- Step 1Fill out the referral form with your friend’s name and contacts
- Step 2Your friend books a Colife apartment in Dubai
- Step 3You both get up to 900 AED in rent credits applicable to next month's rent
Terms & Eligibility
To make the referral rewards fair and transparent, please review the conditions below:
- The program is open to current Colife residents.
Your friend must be a new Colife resident (someone who has not previously lived in Colife or submitted an application).
- Your friend must book a Colife apartment and complete move-in.
- The booking must be for a minimum stay of 1 month (or longer, depending on availability and plan selected).
- Rewards are issued as rent credit (deducted from your upcoming rent payment).
- Both you and your friend receive rent credit, starting from 100 AED up to 900 AED each.
- The exact reward amount depends on the length of your friend’s stay (longer stay → higher reward).
- If your monthly rent is lower than the credited amount, the remainder does not roll over.
- Referral must be submitted before your friend books their apartment.
- The offer is ongoing, but Colife reserves the right to update or end the program at any time.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, move-in credits, or corporate discounts unless otherwise stated.
- Multiple referrers cannot claim the same person.
- If the referred friend cancels or does not complete move-in, no reward is issued.
- If the friend moves out before the minimum stay period, rewards may be reversed.
