How the Referral Works

- Step 3You get 250 AED and your friend gets up to 600 AED in rent credits applicable to next month's rent
Terms & Eligibility
To make the referral rewards fair and transparent, please review the conditions below:
- The program is open to current and past Colife residents.
Your friend must be a new Colife resident (someone who has not previously lived in Colife or submitted an application).
- Reward amounts may vary depending on the apartment type: private apartment or sharing/coliving.
- Your friend must book a Colife apartment and complete move-in.
- The booking must be for a minimum stay of 1 month or longer, depending on availability and the selected plan.
- Rewards are issued as rent credit and deducted from your upcoming rent payment.
- You receive a fixed 250 AED reward for referring a friend.
- Your friend receives a rent credit starting from 100 AED up to 600 AED for apartments, and from 50 AED up to 300 AED for sharing/coliving options.
- The exact reward amount depends on the length of your friend’s stay — the longer they stay, the higher the reward.
- If your monthly rent is lower than the credited amount, the remaining balance is non-transferable and does not roll over.
- Referral must be submitted before your friend books their apartment.
- The offer is ongoing, but Colife reserves the right to update or end the program at any time.
- Cannot be combined with other promotional offers, move-in credits, or corporate discounts unless otherwise stated.
- Multiple referrers cannot claim the same person.
- If the referred friend cancels or does not complete move-in, no reward is issued.
- If the friend moves out before the minimum stay period, rewards may be reversed.
