Home & Building Rules

  • 🔑 Keys & Access: Keep your cards and keys safe. If your keyless lock starts flashing or malfunctions, contact Support immediately.
  • 🚚 Moving & Deliveries: Need a delivery permit or movers? Please inform our Support team in advance.
  • ❄️ AC & Ventilation: Keep the AC switched on and do not open windows while it is running to prevent water leaks and mold.
  • 🔥 Clear Pathways: Keep corridors, entrances, and emergency exits clear. Do not leave personal belongings outside your door.
  • 🪲 Cleanliness: Keep spaces clean. Dispose of food and waste promptly to prevent pests.
  • 🏢 Building Policies: Follow all building rules and respond promptly to any notices from the building management or our team.

Maintenance & Support

Please report any urgent maintenance issues to Colife Support immediately. 💧 Report any leaks or water issues right away. Do not leave a problem unattended or wait until the next day, as a small issue can quickly lead to significant damage.
